One of the largest, globally renowned electronic products manufacturer was facing business challenges due to unorganized documentation of 2,000+ products in the semiconductor division. This affected their sales and customer service processes as the departments could not locate the right documents while interacting with existing and potential customers.

Solution

A custom layer was created over Iqxora, a Content Services Platform by Teknowmics, to organize the content based on specification of products, enabling easy access to various documentation on the products including user manual and technical specifications. This generic cataloging engine, where content is organized based on parameters including product category and sub-category, enables easy access to documents in the Iqxora repository.

Result

This enabled the sales and customer service teams to easily access product information and disseminate the same to customers, leading to better sales and customer satisfaction.
